From a category that didn’t exist to a brand people choose. A premium product made obvious in a market that wasn’t ready for it yet.

The problem

Pearls was technically strong and visually distinct, but it sat where most premium products start: hearing protection was seen as boring but necessary, something for technicians or hardened festival-goers. The product didn’t fall short. The world around it didn’t exist yet.

The decision

We didn’t start with colour or form. We started with one question: in what world is this product obvious, and how do we build that world? The answer was to treat it not as a medical necessity but as something you’d want to be seen wearing, sitting between simple ear protection and high-end audio. Every choice, from the modes to the case, argues for that position.

The system

One brand language across a tiered range, Fresh, Ombré and Radiant, where each model reads as the same brand dialled up. Not three products. One identity, three expressions.

The result

A new product category for the brand, launched with a genuine first: a findable case you can track with Apple Find My or Android Find Hub. A product line that competes on identity, not price.
